The COST Office has confirmed the incorporation of four research centres to AQUAGAMETE COST Action: University of Tokyo (Japan), Temasek Lifesciences Laboratory (Singapore), University of Johannesburg (South Africa) and Embrapa Tabuleiros Costeiros (Brazil). Thus, the researchers from these institutions will be able to join the activities planned by AQUAGAMETE, increasing the possibilities in the network of interchange of researchers and knowledge on biology of aquatic species gametes.

The process of incorporation to AQUAGAMETE COST Action of research centres from Brazil, South Africa, Singapore and Japan has been recently initiated, enlarging this scientific network.

Moreover, the incorporation of The Netherlands, Montenegro, Sweden, Chile, Canada and USA is also pending, what could increase to 32 the number of participant countries in this Action.
